Should I get a new tattoo while psoriasis?

I have recently been diagnosed with psoriasis. I do not have in large patches all over my body, its more like speratic small circular spots on the legs, thighs and arms. I've been dealing with a lotion and spray dermotologist perscribed for me. I have also noticed that tanning helps very well. In one particular case, I have a scratch on my lower back next to my tattoo .. was only a scratch and then trained in psoriasis and around it. Im getting another tattoo on my rib cage, but I'm a bit stagnant because I'm so nervous that psoriasis is formed on the new tattoo. I have done some research and read about many points of view of people, opinions and experiences, but keep getting mixed responses. Some say to stay away from tattoos, others say when not taken into an infected site, you should be fine. If anyone has any knowledge on this subject or have been in a similar situation, please let me know what to do … thanks!

My older sister has psoriasis and tattoos. for her, he had put in tattoos clear skin without a patch, and if she got a place in the TAT, which would be very careful with him, putting a lot of cream and the like. parts have gone a bit when their buds, but otherwise tattoos look good.
