I had a break out of guttate psoriasis but has been cleared and is back in a year but I was recommended occultion (wrapping the plastic leasions Appling after a topical steroid) worked fine but now my skin is red the doc told me I had dilated cappilaries on my skin and would to use the laser to fix is there any other way, or laser my only option.

I would recommend seeing a dermatologist good for long-term effects, but in the meantime You can try rubbing a thin layer of sun after containing extracts of aloe vera in it every morning and night.
