Psoriasis ……. help me?

Does anyone know any good websites where I can get advice on psoriasis? I am wanting to know what foods should be avoided, if the clothes detergent starts, what I can do for myself, etc. Please help me! I'm seeing a dermatoligist but in 11 weeks I need some help right now!

As www.bnf.org. It lists all the creams, gels, liquids etc. you can buy to use it. Another is www.netdoctor.co.uk. You can help keep your skin hydrated and avoid the things that you think you can activate it. Trying to figure out what is causing it. You could try a powdered laundry detergent or different, but do not think that's why. Unfortunately, it will be trial and error for now! I get it from time to time and there are plenty of creams can be purchased at the market. Probably could get your doctor prescribe something for the moment. Depending on how bad will depend on what the dermatoligist will, perhaps in an oil bath tablets / capsules, if not work phototherapy. Sunlight is also good for getting rid of it. Another aspect that may cause is stress, is when I have little spots occasionally, but I have a cream that gets rid of him in a couple of days! It is caused by the immune system is down, which happens when you're depressed or stressed. So happy thoughts! If you have it in your face can use to cover but the use of which will not irritate, there lots on the market. If it is on your scalp can buy one shampoo – or Polytar Polytar AF usually works quite well. One bath oils called alphosyl which can be very effective as well. All these preparations are in the BNF website, POM those next to them are available only by prescription. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist if you want some help. Psoriasis can be quite common and can be very difficult to cope with some people, but will soon get it sorted. I work in the pharmacy and I see a lot of people every day! Hope this helps.
