How do I get rid of dandruff?

I tried everything. I wash every day with a dandruff shampoo. I tried alcohol, selinium sulfide, selson blue, head and shoulders, baby oil, lotion (oil and water base), Nizoral and sulfur. I have no psoriasis. I do not know what else to do. Please help!
