My daughter has the worst case of psoriasis I've ever seen.?

It all started a year ago and basically covered her from head to toe. After more treatment, for the most part, your body is under control, but recently I've noticed large patches developing in his head again … Does anyone know of home remedies or low-cost efficient ways to treat this?
